With over 25 years’ experience, Osian leads Tŷ Architecture with a strong focus on thoughtful, practical design across residential, commercial and agricultural projects throughout North Wales and beyond. Experienced in all stages of the planning and design process, he is known for creating architecture that responds carefully to both client needs and local character, delivering spaces that are functional, well considered and built to last.

Dewi Jones

Senior Architectural Deisgn Technologist

Dewi is an Architectural Design Technologist with over 25 years’ experience across the construction industry, combining practical site knowledge with technical design expertise. Originally qualifying and working as a bricklayer before moving into architectural design, he holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Design Technology, a Master’s degree in BIM & Digital Built Environments, and is an OCDEA qualified SAP Energy Assessor. A first-language Welsh speaker, Dewi provides a fully bilingual Welsh and English service.

Molly Rees Jones

Chartered Architect

Based in our Caernarfon office and originally from the local area, Molly is a Chartered Architect with experience across a wide range of residential, commercial and community projects. Her work now focuses primarily on bespoke homes and housing developments, with a strong interest in creating practical, well-designed spaces that are enjoyable to live in. Molly’s understanding of the local landscape and planning considerations helps shape thoughtful design solutions rooted in the character of North Wales.

Dan Hughes

Architectural Designer

Dan is an Architectural Designer with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Liverpool John Moores University and over five years’ practical experience working on residential and commercial projects across North Wales. With a keen eye for detail and a modern design approach, he supports projects from initial concepts through to planning and technical design stages. Dan is passionate about creating clear, functional spaces that balance creativity, practicality and the needs of each individual client.
